  1. 1. Brown grnd beef, onion, green pepper and garlic together. Drain fat.2. Add in tomatoes, V-8, corn (and limas, if using). Bring to low boil.
  2. 3. Add in box of minute rice. Cook a couple min longer, adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve with warm, buttered corn bread and a fresh tossed salad.
