Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dry/uncooked rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ~1 cup chopped fruit (I used a combo of peaches and strawberries)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 dates
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (or 1/3 of a vanilla bean if you have a high-powered blender)
