Directions

  1. Peel the garlic and scalding on water. The water is removed, in the same pan and add the cream with the garlic, salt, pepper in over low heat during seven minutes. Then it is crushed.

  4. Toasted bagels, cut into strips while the lettuce and tomato.
  5. The sauce smeared bagels, lettuce, tomato and pieces of meat gets finally the cream cheese is added and covered with the bun.
