  • 2g fresh basil, chopped finely

  • 1 medium white onion, chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chilies
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed & chopped finely
  • 1 unwaxed lemon - halved.
  • 2 teaspoons runny honey
