Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Grease bottom and sides of a 9" square pan. Press crumb mix in pan: graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and Large eggs and mix well. Put this on top of crust. Bake 20 min. Remove from oven. Let stand till completely cooled, about 1 1/2 hrs.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread on cheese cake and put in oven for 10 min. Remove and cold. Chill.
