Pineapple Banana Jam Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Crushed pineapple
  • 3 c. Mashed bananas, (no brown spots)
  • 7 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 bot Certo or possibly 1 package Sure Jell

Directions

  1. 1. Follow directions for jam when using either Certo or possibly Sure Jell.
  2. 2. Stir and skim alternately for about 5 min.
  3. 3. Pour into sterilized glasses.
  4. 4. Top with warm parafin.
  5. YIELD: Approzimately 10 to 11 8-oz jars.
