Ingredients
- 10 x Peanut butter cookies
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter, (2 to 3)
- Â Â Vegetable oil spray
Directions
- Use hands to crumble peanut butter cookies in a small mixing bowl. Add in 1 tsp. of sugar. Add in 2 or possibly 3 Tbsp. of melted butter (depending upon the desired consistency). Mix all ingredients well. Spray a 9 by 3-inch springform pan with the vegetable oil. Place ingredients into the bottom of spring form pan. Using fingertips or possibly spoon, press ingredients to create crust.
