  1. Rinse chicken well under running water; drain well.
  2. Combine flour, dry milk, salt, paprika, and pepper. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.
  3. Place chicken pieces in single layer on greased or silicone paper-line baking sheets. Brush each piece with melted margarine.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is browned and tender.
