Ingredients
- 41 x oreo cookies
- 1/4 c. margarine melted
- 24 lrg marshmallows
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 c. heavy cream whipped
Directions
- Preparation Time: 0:25Coarsely chop 10 cookies; set aside. Finely roll 26 cookies into crumbs. Combine crumbs and margarine. Press proportionately into bottom and on sides of a 9-inch pan. Refrigeratewhile preparing filling, In 2-qt saucepan over medium heat, stir marshmallows and lowfat milk till melted and smooth; cold completely. Fold 2 c. of the whipped cream into cooled marshmallow mix. Mix in minced cookies; pour into crust. Refrigerate4 hrs till hard. Garnish with remaining whipped cream and cookies.
