Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk or possibly half-and-half
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Or possibly Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie filling
- 1 tub (8 ounce.) Cold WHIP, thawed
- 1 c. minced OREO sandwich cookies
- 1 x prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust (6 ounce.)
Directions
- Pour lowfat milk or possibly half-and-half into large bowl. Add in pudding mix. beat with wire whisk or possibly electric mixer 1 to 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Gently stir in whipped topping and minced cookies. Spoon into crust. Spread mix proportionately.
- Freeze 6 hrs or possibly overnight till hard. Let stand at room temperature 15 min or possibly till pie can easily be cut.
- Garnish with additional OREO crushed pcs, if you like. Store leftover pie in the freezer.
