  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. flour (mix with cool lowfat milk) till pourable
  • 3 beaten egg yolks
  • 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 4-5 oranges cut up

Directions

  1. Mix lowfat milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil; remove from heat and stir in flour (this will thicken). Add in beaten egg yolks slowly so you do not cook them. Add in butter. Cold sauce then add in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour over oranges.
