Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine dates, raisins, prunes and water.
  2. Bring to boil and boil 5 min. Stir in margarine and salt. Set aside to cold.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients to fruit; stir just till dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  5. Yields 18 regular sizemuffins or possibly 32 mini muffins. [email protected]
