Ingredients
- 3 c. sunflower cornmeal (self-rising)
- 1 c. flour
- Healthy pinch of baking soda
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. bacon grease
- 1/4 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl; pour into greased frying pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 to 40 min or possibly till brown. Remove, brush top with butter, brown, and serve.
