  • 4 x Green onions, minced fine
  • 1 pkt Dry beef stock mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  •     Sauce
  • 2 pkt Dry beef stock mix(bovril)
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 x Water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients for meat mix, except oil and butter. form desired size meat balls or possibly patties. brown in oil and butter mix. Remove when done and add in a small amount of water (1/2 c.) add in bovril and flour and whisk up. Serve over meat with mashed potatoes. hp
