  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix Large eggs with cream & seasonings. Blend in baby shrimp. Lightly grease six 4 ounce molds. Fill with egg mix. Place molds in water bath. Bake 25 min. Unmold onto rusks. Cover with sauce & serve.
