Ingredients

  • 6 x Crisp bread rolls, (available from the ASDA in-store bakery)
  • 4 med Free-range Large eggs
  • 200 ml Skimmed lowfat milk
  • 40 gm Edam cheese, grated (Lower Fat Cheddar Style) cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Pecorino cheese, (optional)
  • 3 x Spring onions, sliced

Directions

  1. 1. Cut the top off each roll and pull out the soft bread from the centre leaving a shell approximately 1cm / 1/2 inch thick. Place rolls on baking sheet.
  2. 2. Beat the Large eggs with the lowfat milk, add in the cheeses and the spring onions.
  3. Divide the mix between the rolls.
  4. 3. Bake at 200 C/400 F/Gas Mark 6 for 20 min or possibly till the filling has set.
  5. 4. Serve warm or possibly cool.
