Mint Peach Sweet Tea Recipe

Mom's favorite, when she visits me daily there better be some made!

Ingredients

  • 4 family size tea Bags
  • 5 cups cold, cold water
  • 1/4 cup Peach Preserves
  • 1/4 scant cup granulated sugar
  • Garnish fresh mint leaves
  • Ice Cubes to serve

Directions

  1. In pot add water bring to a boil add tea bags, remove from heat source and steep tea several minutes
  2. In a small saucepan add peach preserves and sugar, cook on low until dissolved and blended, remove from heat
  3. In a large jug or pitcher add steeped tea (remove tea bags first!), add peach and sugar mixture and stir well.
  4. Serve in a glass with Ice Cubes and garnish with fresh mint!
  5. Hope you enjoy as much as my Mom does!
