  1. Stir together cheese and flour. Heat 3/4 cup beer uncovered at high for 2 min (till it bubbles). Add in pepper sauce. Stir in cheese. Cook uncovered on medium 5 min till melted and mix is blended. Stir twice. Serve warm and with bagels.
