Ingredients
- 4 pound Smoked Turkey roll
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. herb flavored bread stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can (1 lb.) Boston brown bread
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. finely minced walnuts
- 1 c. golden brown raisins
- 1 c. minced apples
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 tbsp. rosemary
Directions
- Bake turkey roll at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cold. Cut roll in half, hollow out the centers and stuff with dressing. (Make your favorite gravy with the pcs taken from center.) Bake for 1 hour, basting with a broth of butter and water. Slice and serve with cranberry sauce or possibly gravy. Serves 12.
