Ingredients
- 3 c. leftover mashed potato
- 1 x very ripe pear, peeled, cored, and, minced
- 1 sprg fresh thyme, or possibly rosemary, (or possibly 1/2 tsp dry)
- 1 x splash white wine or possibly 1 splash apple, juice
Directions
- Reheat the mashed potatoes in the microwave or possibly over low heat in a saucepan. Place the pear, thyme and wine in a food processor or possibly blender and puree till smooth. Stir the mix into the warmed potatoes and serve.
