Directions

  1. Beat yolks and egg till well mixed. Beat in lowfat milk, salt and baking pwdr. Stir into flour. This will make a stiff dough. May need to knead 8 to 10 times. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out as thin as possible on lightly floured board. I cut the noodles with a noodle cutter. Allow them to dry on waxed paper and then freeze till ready to use.
