Ingredients
- 16 x graham crackers, crushed
- 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 30 lrg marshmallows
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. warm lowfat milk
- 1/2 x (1 oz) square semisweet baking chocolate, grated
Directions
- Method:1. Mix crushed graham crackers with butter or possibly margarine. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of this mix for the top of the pie. Press remaining mix in pie pan.
- 2. Cook lowfat milk and marshmallows in a double boiler till marshmallows are melted.
- 3. Cold marshmallow mix. Mix in whipped cream, and add in grated chocolate.
- 4. Pour chocolate marshmallow mix into graham cracker pie shell, and put reserved crumbs on top. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
- This is a creamy marshmallow pie with bits of chocolate.
