3 ounce Boiling water
1 Tbsp. Gelatin
10 2/3 ounce Cream, (35 percent)

Directions

Beat egg yolks and hot maple syrup till thickened. Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water and slowly add in to the first mix. Whip cream till frothy and fold into the preparation.
