Directions

  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling water for 7 to 8 min. A few drops of oil makes it not stick together. Drain and run cool water over to remove excess starch. Drain well.
  2. Beat Large eggs slightly and add in Worcestershire sauce, a little paprika. Layer the cooked macaroni in a 2 qt baking dish, starting with the macaroni, cheese cubes, add in onions, salt, pepper, paprika, dots of butter and 1 tsp. flour to each layer, ending with cheese all over the top layer. Pour the egg mix over macaroni and cheese, making sure flour is dissolved on the top. Sprinkle little bread crumbs over the top for variation and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
