Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Lemon cake mix
  • 1 sm Pkg lemon instant pudding
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 1/3 c. Veg. oil
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Poppy seed

Directions

  1. Combine. Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 deg for 45-50 min.
  2. After you take them out of the oven, prick the top with a fork and pour over the glaze.
  3. Glaze: 1/2 c. sugar and 5 Tbls lemon juice.
  4. Cold and remove from pans.
  5. Note: I usually cut the glaze if half, because I think which the glaze is too sweet.
