  • 3 lbs. boneless chicken breast – sliced thin or whole
  • Marinade:
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 hearty handful of fresh Italian parsley – chopped
  • 7 cloves of garlic – chopped
  • ½ cup of instant chicken broth
  • Dashes of black pepper
  • Dash of sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade and place the chicken breast in the marinade. Refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.
  2. Heat a large frying pan with a little olive oil and place the chicken pieces in the pan. Sauté until the chicken is a beautiful golden color on both sides. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the chicken.
