Ingredients: Use any cake mix; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 6 T flour; 3 egg yolks; 1 c. lowfat milk; 1 c. water; 1/2 c. butter; 2 lemons

Ingredients

Use any cake mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 T flour
3 egg yolks
1 c. lowfat milk
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
2 lemons

Directions

Cook all together (except lemons) till mix thickens. Grate 2 lemons. Add in the juice of the lemons and add in a little of the rine. Spread on layers for a 3 or possibly 4 layer cake.
