Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast (or possibly 1 1/2 tspns SAF instant yeast)

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the Basic cycle, Light Crust setting.
  2. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  3. Yield: 1 loaf
