Ingredients
- 1 pkt Italian sausage cubed
- 1 jar pizza sauce 16 ounce. can
- 1 x onion quartered
- 1/4 lb mushrooms fresh
- 1 x green pepper cut into strips
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook sausage till done. In separate saucepan heat pizza sauce. Add in onion, mushrooms, and green pepper. Cook till slightly tender. Add in parmesan cheese and cooked Italian sausage. Simmer for 15 to 20 min, stirring occasionally. To serve, put into chafing dish (keep hot with candle warmer). Use toothpicks for spearing sausage, mushrooms, peppers, and onions.
