  • Red Wine Vinegar – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Soya Sauce – 1/4 cup
  • Gingelly Oil – 1 tblsp
  • Sugar – 1 tblsp
  • Groundnut Oil – 2 tblsp
  • Ginger – 1 tblsp, grated
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed
