  1. Roast nuts at 350* for 12-15 min till golden brown; place in large bowl. Combine sugar, honey and butter and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, don't stir and boil 5 min. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour warm syrup over nuts and stir to coat. Sprinkle with spice mix and stir. Immediately transfer to baking sheet (lightly sprayed with cooking spray) and separate. Cold completely. Store in airtight container.
