This is a very creamy rich rice that serves as a side dish, many people have difficulty with rice, I have placed a fool proof, delicious recipe that will wow anyone.

Directions

  1. In heavy sauce pan pour chicken broth and bring to a boil, set aside.
  2. In an other heavy sauce place butter and slowly melt.
  3. When butter is melted pour in rice and lightly saute.
  4. When rice is just golden, about 5 minutes, begin adding chicken broth, 1/2 cup at a time.
  5. When each 1/2 cup is absorbed add the next 1/2 cup, the broth and rice should be boiling rapidly. As you add the last 1/2 cup of hot broth shut off rice and add lemon juice.
  6. Cover the rice pot with a lid and let sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff rice after 5 minutes and serve.
