A refreshing dinner salad

  1. Cook the bacon until very crispy, set aside on paper towel for later.
  2. Dice the cucumber, celery and broccoli and place in a large salad bowl.
  3. Add the baby lettuce to the bowl.
  4. Slice the green onions and add to the bowl.
  5. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Crumble the bacon and feta cheese and add to the bowl.
  7. Add the dressing and toss again.
  8. Serve immediately
