Ingredients

  • Success!! :) To make Gluten Free Mozzarella Sticks you’ll need:
  • String Cheese sticks (I used Sargento Light Mozzarella)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour (I used Beth’s)
  • 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • Vegetable oil for frying
