  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease baking sheet. Blend first 6 ingredients in processor. Add in butter and process till mix resembles coarse meal. Beat lowfat milk, egg, molasses and vanilla to blend in large bowl.
  2. Add in flour mix and raisins; stir gently till dough forms. Gather dough into ball. On lightly floured surface, press dough into 1-inch-thick round.
  3. Cut round into 8 wedges. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake till toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 25 min. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
  5. Makes 8.
