Ingredients

  • 12 x chicken wings, fresh or possibly thawed washed
  • 1 c. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce (marinade)
  • 4 c. pecans coarsely crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce
  • 3 c. seasoned flour
  • 3 x Large eggs beaten
  • 8 ounce heavy peach marmalade warmed
  • 1 ounce Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

Directions

  1. Marinate the wings in 1 c. of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Toss crushed pecans with 2 Tbsp. of Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce.
  3. Standard breading method: Dip wings into flour mix, then egg wash and then pecans to coat proportionately.
  4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 min or possibly till cooked through.
  5. Serve with Hatoula Peach Sauce.
  6. This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
  7. Yield: 1 dozen
