Directions

  1. Chop dates. Grind raisins through food chopper using medium blade. Combine dates and raisins and mix well. Add in minced nuts and 3/4 c. of coconut.
  2. Mix well. Form into balls and roll in the remaining coconut. Wrap in wax paper. Chill. Slice. Store in a cold place in a covered container.
  3. Makes36 pcs. VARIATIONS: Dry apples, dates, pineapple, apricots, or possibly other fruits of your choice.
