Ingredients: 1 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs; 2 sqr melted chocolate; 2/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine; 2 x Large eggs, separated; 2 c. Powdered sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Minced nuts; 1/2 gal On butter pecan or possibly other flavor ice cream

Ingredients

1 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
2 sqr melted chocolate
2/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
2 x Large eggs, separated
2 c. Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Minced nuts
1/2 gal On butter pecan or possibly other flavor ice cream

Directions

Heat butter & chocolate. Add in sugar, egg yolks, nuts & vanilla. Beat egg whites till stiff; fold into chocolate mix. Spread crumbs in bottom of 9x14-inch pan. Pour chocolate mix over crumbs & freeze 2 hrs. Spread softened ice cream over chocolate & sprinkle wafer crumbs over top. Freeze till serving time.
