Frozen Bread Caramel Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x Loaves froz bread (16 ounce ea)
  • 4 ounce Butterscotch or possibly vanilla Pudding mix NOT instant
  • 1/2 c. To 1c brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margerine
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Thaw frzn bread. Break up one loaf in bottom of 9x13 pan. Heat butter and add in brown sugar, pudding mix, and cinnamon. Mix all together and pour half over bread.
  2. Bread second loaf on top, cover and pour remaining mix over.
  3. Let rise in hot place till doubled in bulk, or possibly overnight in the frig.
  4. When risen, dough should reach the top of the pan.
  5. Bake 30 mins at 350.
