Ingredients

  • 4 lrg Fresh tomatoes
  • 3/4 x Fresh jalepeno peppers
  • 1 x Fresh green papper
  • 1 x Fresh red or possibly yellow pepper
  • 1 x Fresh cucumber
  • 1 x Fresh sprig cilantro
  • 1/2 lrg Red onion
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. White vinegar

Directions

  1. This recipe is for CuisineArt:Place ingredients into a food processor and chop finely. I chop the tomatoes first and place into a collander to drain. Next all the peppers and add in them into the collander. I then do the cucumber, with the skin on, and the onion together. Place into the collander also. Lastly chop and add in the cilantro to the collander.
  2. After all ingredients have liquid removed, place in large bowl and add in 3/4 c. vinegar and 1 c. of sugar. Stir and let sit at least 2 hrs. Serve with your favorite chips. Keeps up to 5 days if refrigerated. Enjoy!
