Fish Baked, Broiled, Or Barbecued In Foil Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 x Fillets, or possibly whole small Pan-dressed fish (about 2 lbs.)
  • 6 sht heavy aluminum foil Salt Seasoned pepper Dry dill seed, parsley, Or possibly rosemary, if you like Butter
  • 6 x Lemon or possibly lime slices
  • 12 Tbsp. Dry white wine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400, preheat broiler, or possibly have charcoal at cooking temperature in BBQ grill.
  2. Place each individual serving of fish on a sheet of foil. Sprinkle with salt, seasoned pepper and dill, parsley or possibly rosemary. Dot generously with butter. Top with slice of lemon or possibly lime. Pour 1 to 2 TBS. of wine over fish. Fold foil up around fish and seal by folding, allowing a little space on top of fish.
  3. Bake 20 to 30 min in oven, or possibly for 15 min in broiler, or possibly for 30 min over glowing charcoal. Fish will be tender and flake easily when done. The High Altitude Cookbook, by Beverly A. Nemiro & Donna M. Hamilton,
