Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Diet margarine, melted
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- Â Â Sugar subst. to taste
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Canned evap. skim lowfat milk
- 5 x Pecan halves, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix flour, baking pwdr and salt.
- Beat Large eggs. Heat margarine. Add in all ingredients to flour mix. Bake for 20 min.
