  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd round
  • 1 x Onion -- diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 can Cream of chicken soup -- (10
  • 1 can Lowfat milk
  • 4 ounce Green chiles -- diced
  • 24 x Corn tortillas
  • 1 lb Cheddar cheese -- shredded

Directions

  1. Brown beef and onion in oil, stirring to crumble meat. Combine soup and lowfat milk in saucepan and cook, stirring, over medium heat till smooth. Then add in chiles. Cut torillas in 1 inch squares and make 1 layer in baking dish using half of squares. Spread with layer of half of cooked meat, then with half of soup mix and half of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 325F 20 to 30 minutes.
