Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd Emu Taco seasoning mix
- 4 x Hamburger buns Lowfat sour cream Cheddar cheese Tomatoes Lettuce
Directions
- Mix grnd emu with taco seasoning. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook over very warm grill or possibly in skillet over high heat 4 to 5 min per side.
- Spread buns with lowfat sour cream, if using. Add in emu patties, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, if you like.
