Ingredients
- 2 c. Christie Honeymaid Graham Crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 x 250 g package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. crushed fruit (strawberries, blueberries or possibly raspberries)
- 1 x 1 L tub Cold Whip Whipped Topping
- 2 x 85 g pkgs. Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Pwdr
- 2 c. washed and dry mix berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
Directions
- COMBINE crumbs with butter. Press mix on bottom of a 13 x 9 in. baking dish.
- BEAT cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Stir in crushed fruit. Mix in whipped topping. Spread cream cheese filling over crust.
- PREPARE jelly pwdr according to 30 Minute Set Method on package. Stir in mixed berries. Pour over cream cheese mix and refrigerate3 hours.
