  • 1 pkt jell-o brand gelatin raspberry
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 pkt chocolate crumb crust
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 ounce semisweet chocolate squares cold whip thawed raspberries

Directions

  1. DISSOVLE gelatin in boiling water. Spoon in ice cream, stirring till melted and smooth. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened, about 10 min. Pour into crust. Refrigeratetill hard, about 2 hrs Heat margarine with chocolate;cold. Spread over pie. Refrigeratetill chocolate mix hardens. Garnish with whipped topping and raspberries, if you like.
  2. Makes 8 servings
  3. NOTE: For ease in serving, let pie stand 5 min after spreading on chocolate. With knife, lightly score pie into serving sized pcs. Refrigerateas directed above.
