Directions

  1. In large saucepan, over medium heat, heat 5 c. lowfat milk, Egg Beaters and sugar till thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and rum extract. Cover; chill.
  2. Just before serving, stir in brandy if you like; thin to desired consistency with remaining skim lowfat milk. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
  3. Makes 8 servings
