  • 2 1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

  1. Layer ham in bottom of oblong dish. Place Large eggs on top of ham. Mix soup and lowfat milk and bring to a boil. Pour over ham and Large eggs. Mix flour, lowfat milk, and butter to make crust. Pour proportionately over other layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 min. Serves 8.
