Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce.) pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner mix
- 1 (6 3/4 ounce.) can chunk-style ham, liquid removed
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. parsley
Directions
- Prepare macaroni mix as directed. Stir in ham, cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, green onions, salt and mustard. Turn mix into 1 1/2-qt casserole dish. Combine crumbs and Parmesan cheese, parsley and melted butter. Spoon over mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Makes 5-6 servings.
