Ingredients
- 3 c. Cool skim lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (4-serving size_ JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar-Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1 1/2 c. Vanilla ice lowfat milk
Directions
- Pour lowfat milk into blender container. Add in remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or possibly till smooth. (Mix will thicken as it stands. Thin with additional lowfat milk, if you like.)
- Makesabout 5 c. or possibly 5 servings.
- NOTE: Recipe calls for ice lowfat milk, however diabetics would be better served to use a sugar-free, low-fat frzn dairy dessert product. This would affect the nutritional information and you should adjust your
